The Mission
The mission of ExploringChrist.com is to offer thoughtful perspectives that may help us all strengthen our walks with God.
Apologetics
Of course, with this tall order comes a need to address tough questions posed by atheists and agnostics. That is where Christian Apologetics comes in. Apologetics helps to clear the intellectual brush that often obscures our view of His presence in our lives. That is when God takes over…shocking many as they discover that believing in Him is actually reasonable!
Scripture & Beyond
In addition to apologetics, ExploringChrist.com also has articles that delve deeply into scriptural meanings, while others explore truths found beyond the written word. It is within this fascinating beyond that many ancient theologians/philosophers (theosophers) were sainted for their discoveries. Not only are their findings deeply rooted in the Catholic faith, but most Protestant perspectives as well.
Sadly, however, it is startling how many Christians (even Christian leaders) do not seem to understand the works of Augustine, Thomas Aquinas and others. It may be because of the complexity of the issues discussed and the ways in which they are explained. Therefore, one of ExploringChrist.com's goals is to break down some of these complexities into digestible morsels of usable and relevant bits of wisdom.
Hopefully, this approach will help us all grow closer to God together.
Submitting Articles
While many of the articles are the interpretations of L Cruz III, the founder of ExploringChrist.com, a growing pool of works by other writers are also gracing these pages. This indeed helps balance out the perspectives offered.
